Booking and Cancellation

All bookings are confirmed only after payment or a confirmation message from Chhatrapati Cabs. Cancellation policies:

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before scheduled pickup unless a special fare was booked.

Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee up to the booking amount depending on distance and car type.

No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be charged the full fare.

Payment Terms

We accept online payments and cash as specified at booking. Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and vehicle type. Extra charges for tolls, parking, waiting time, or route changes may apply and are payable by the passenger.

Liability and Insurance

Vehicles operated by Chhatrapati Cabs are insured per applicable laws. Our liability for loss, damage, or delays is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for passenger belongings left in the vehicle; please check the vehicle before leaving.

Changes to Service

We reserve the right to modify routes, fares, vehicle assignments, or service availability due to operational needs, weather, or regulatory requirements. Notice of major changes will be provided on our website or via contact details provided at booking.

Passenger Conduct

Passengers must follow the driver's instructions and local laws. Behavior that threatens safety, damages the vehicle, or causes excessive disturbance may result in termination of the ride without refund and possible legal action.

We collect and use personal information needed to provide bookings and comply with law. Refer to our Privacy Policy for details on data collection, storage, and user rights.
